Order

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Since shipping usually takes place the next day, you have time to reconsider your decision and modify or cancel the order.

What should I do if I want to talk to someone?

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. At checkout, you will receive precise information about where we can deliver the goods. This depends on the size and weight of the product. If you would like to inquire about delivery to other countries, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Items are always shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. Delivery time outside Germany depends on the product and the destination and is calculated at checkout. On average, it is 5-7 business days.

Returns and refunds

How can I return an item?

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, free of any signs of wear and tear, with all accessories, and in the original packaging.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the goods being received at our warehouse in Kodersdorf.
